Here are some pictures from Grandma and Pepop's visit. We went to OldTown/Fun Spot with them and took a ride out on the boat. Peeps brought his ski's and did some showing off! And Kevin made a good attempt trying to ski. Stick with the tube.
And on the last day of their trip we took a ride to see Great Grandpa and take him to lunch. A 3 hour car ride for 1/2 hour lunch. Woo hoo.

Are there alligators in those waters? I like the idea of doing some of that, but I'm afraid of being mistaken for a Chinese Buffet.
Of course there are!! But when's the last time you heard of an alligator attack on the Butler chain of lakes : )
Well, you bring up a good point. It's not every alligator that can afford real estate in Lake Butler. I understand they have no tolerance for attacks on humans in Lake Butler. But in Lake Apopka, it's practically required. Same with Holden Lake. It's such a pity too. You can't even swim in the daytime at Holden Lake these days without some alligator strung out on dumped medical waste, begging for a spare guppy.
